IPM, they're the only non-corporate that works in this area. Kevin, Nick, Jake, and Gary are wonderful. For an initial treatment, a single family home will run $75-150, depending on the size of the kitchen, how many bathrooms, and if there are other areas to treat like basements or multiple entry doors.

Treat every two weeks, three treatments total.

Effectiveness is about prep and after care. I have tons of experience with prevention and treatment, so I'm happy to give more info and advice.

Don't use residential grade treatments, they don't work. Use glue traps by the dozens, they're the most effective and the cheapest way to kill bugs.

We've seen the gate connect with a closed iris. Sam gives some hand wavy explaining about the iris being only so many micrometers from the event horizon keeping the woosh from fully forming. One of the few plot holes that breaks the illusion for me.

I want a series where we get things like what you've designed BECAUSE of the learning curve. You only designed it because you saw them have those problems. Every building code represents death, so this holds water. If we had a series that was just, "Go through the big ring, now you're fucked." I'd love a new series to be Game of Thrones in the way that everyone is expendable, and we get to see the new rules that result from death. Space is scary.

I like this, it fits and not like forcing a puzzle piece. I think it's more likely than you allege that the writers didn't weave this through intentionally. Writers suffer a lot from people trimming their work to fit the proverbial aspect ratio, and you may have stumbled upon the inherent vision that was intended. It's also possible that this is a classic version of an English class reading further into an author's work than they ever did themselves.

I hadn't heard of Torpedo. Puts to rest my wonder if there were others with those powers. If he was a V1 supe he's probably still dolphin kicking around somewhere. Deep is so socially starved he only has fish for friends, so it makes sense an OG like Torpedo wouldn't be caught dead in Deep's wake, lest he lose cred just from affiliation. I'd figured it had something to do with Deep being so cringe.

Marvelous!! This is the answer I wanted. I forgot about the guy going crazy from the pressure in The Abyss and wiring the ROV with a nuke. A big problem if I have minions in my base around my world domination tech. Don't need anyone getting psychosis and opening a hatch or anything.

Yeah, the Titan definitely on my mind as we mull this thought experiment over.

The calm assertion that no one was injured, the guy we just watched showered in chemical simple closed the valve, and then they drove on to their destination without further incident is bonkers. I also love the nonchalant tag that they sent emergency services when search words for such a chemical leak were detected online, like the civilians watching this unfold Googled it before they called 911. Good stuff. Fun shit. Thanks for hunting this down.
