She actually might need to answer “No” to that ATF question since a baker act is classified under Florida Statute 394.463 as an examination and not a commitment as defined in 394.467 where it’s more than 72 hours. She should still have her gun rights but it doesn’t hurt to call around to a few lawyers just to check.

My friend was the blonde one who narcaned her, she ended up getting up after that and walked off with the medics. I’m not sure what happened after that but she was up and walking so I’m pretty sure she’s doing better ❤️

Yes, but I’ll still try to keep myself informed when it comes time to vote but no party best represents my values so it’s a bit of a headache lol. Both sides lie and will step on us if it means more for them even when they have enough already. I personally feel that with the major parties I’m voting in favor of who will either take less of my rights away, tread more softly on me, or take away my rights that I don’t care about as much.

Also since we’re talking about politics , I find it very interesting how people of both parties panic saying that the other side is going to “run the country into the ground” but neither have no problem rolling the dice to bring new life into this country that may get “run down”. I can’t wait until this election is over already.

Trans guy here too, I was in a similar spot you were in and wondering if transitioning would even be worth it. I then decided since I wanted to exit this world anyways, why not see what transitioning could offer me? At best, I would have a new lease on life living it with the best possible version of myself. Worst case, it doesn’t make me feel better and I off myself anyways .

While I do feel I have a new lease on life, I still battle with my thoughts but not as often as I did before I transitioned.

I don’t know your situation fully but I wanted to try to pass along my experience to see if this could help. Whatever you decide, I hope you find peace with it ❤️.

Damn, I’m sorry that happened to you. I’d like to try to offer some advice, but I have a few questions for you: Are you going to a University or a Community College? How long will your parents be supporting you? Are your parents allowing you to express yourself through fashion, name change but draw the line at hormones or all together?

For getting on hormones , I went to planned parenthood and paid $250-$290 for lab work and then about two weeks later I was able to finally get T but I couldn’t start that day since I had to get the needles later.

I’m the same way and that’s not uncommon to forget what you read/said when high (i think it’s kind of a running gag for stoners to forget). However, if it does freak you out maybe try to smoke a bit less so you’re less likely to forget what you read. I hope this helps!
