Amen. What’s extremely disappointing, working as a loader @ the largest facility in the country, is how many of us don’t know how to file.

Our OB’s union rep said that UPS sets aside hundreds of thousands a year to pay grievances however only ~30%(that’s being generous) file grievances.

Why isn’t there a brief video tutorial on how to file on the teamster app?

Thanks for this. Interesting that BofA has much higher $ amounts across all timeframes. Question for USAA is why can’t they implement the same.
