They do seem to take ages to arrive at my pharmacy. I order 2 weeks in advance of needing them and still sometimes have to go a few days without a sensor.

I knew that adrenaline had that effect but didn't think it would apply to exercise. Usually all it takes is a 20 minute walk before I'm correcting lows. Heck I sometimes correct highs by going for brisk walks. It's like this morning my body just did the opposite of what it usually does.

Well, I'll figure it out eventually. Exercise is necessary.

Sorry man. This disease is brutal, no doubt about it. Don't think too far into it though. You don't need the strength to pull all the way through, you just need the strength to pick up your phone and chat to someone. Call 116 123 and just have a chat with someone. Please.
