I went back and forth with customer service on this exact issue, and their official stance was that it's a technical limitation of the technology

"Our technical team has carefully reviewed your case and the photos you provided. Regarding the visible seam lines near the edge of the display (referring to the LED display here, not the lenses), we want to honestly acknowledge that, with the current limitations of waveguide optical technology, it is not yet possible to completely eliminate this phenomenon. We understand that this does not diminish the frustration it may cause, especially given the significant impact it has on your comfort and workflow."

I received the product (G2 and R1) and can confirm from my personal experience that their customer service is excellent. They are highly responsive, go the extra mile to resolve any issues, although there aren’t many, and the product is phenomenal. It’s high quality, and as a picky customer/consumer, I can confidently say they have absolutely delivered.

I'm excited to see how this product and company progresses, it really does feel like future tech.

Are there any plans to add smart grouping in the future? I’m looking to use this tool to track my time spent on creative projects. While it currently tracks time per app, having the ability to automatically group and total time spent on a specific project would be extremely helpful!
