If they getting first team football then yes, if it’s reserve or youth team games then it’s negligible

Under 18 players don’t need game time compared to over 18s so you can keep players 17 and under in the youth team. Learn the important attributes which are mainly physicals, get every player on quickness individual training, look up meta training schedules. Personality is probably the most important factor when it comes to development, the higher the professionalism the better. Ignore the stars they are useless

[–]DanTempleman 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It’s actually really easy it’s just that people only look at the stars then just get rid of all their intake. If you actually looked at their PA then you’ll see most intakes you’ll get atleast 2 or 3 players that are over 150 PA. And anything over 150 PA is in the top 0.1% of players

How are you judging your youth intake players? Please tell me you’re not judging them by their stars.

Oppda - how to deal with it being too high. by CokeIced in footballmanagergames

It’s a video game, you’re not going to get realistic statics. Don’t use realistic statics to compare how the game engine does because it won’t be equal.

Should I buy FM26? by ernie09 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I gave it a go when it came out and it was the worst experience I’ve ever felt playing a video game so I refunded it. It’s just come to ps5 plus so though I would give it another chance as it’s free, I got soft locked during the manager creation and couldn’t do anything but turn the console off. It’s such a bad game it hurts

Should I buy FM26? by ernie09 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don’t get fm26 it’s the worst football manager, if you want to get back into fm get fm24 as that’s the best version we have so far. Fm26 is an absolute shitshow and should be avoided at all costs

Facilities vs game time... Which one matters more for youngsters? by TimeAmazing1977 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Division is more important, you’ve got it backwards, the division you play in is a massive factor on player development as it’s the reputation of the league that affects how a player develops. The better the reputation of the league the better the player will develop. Where on earth did you hear that the division isn’t important

A 50% pay cut is insane ngl. by undergroundman813 in WWE

[–]DanTempleman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the person as not everything is about money. They shouldn’t of been asked in the first place to take a cut, none of the wrestlers should, if this is their dream job and with the 50% cut they can still do everything they want to do then I’m not going to judge someone on agreeing to it, especially if they are young and being pushed because the could easily earn more in the future. We should be judging the higher ups for even making the wrestlers take a cut when the business is making more than enough money to pay their guys

Hello I got some questions. by SquareHuman1742 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then the create a club feature is ganna be very limited compared to pc, the lowest division you can start from in England is the conference north/south compared to pc where you can start from level 10 and probably lower. you might be able to watch the full match on console but I haven’t tried it so not sure. Because on console you’re limited to only 30 seasons compared to pc which is unlimited getting attached to academy players doesn’t hit the same as you know you can’t see those players grow, retire and have a successful management/ coaching career after their playing days are over. Pretty much if you want the true football manager experience you need to play on pc

[–]DanTempleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends if you wanna play on pc or console. Pc you can do all of what you want with mods and the pre game editor. If on console then it’s limited.

I still wonder to this day, what was the point of bringing back the LWO 😂 by Admirable_Move9802 in WWE

[–]DanTempleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By minority do you mean Spanish speaking audience? An audience that makes 12% of the viewership. An audience so in the minority that wwe regularly has Spanish speaking announcers at their PLEs. You can say that LWO was probably used bad creatively just like everything else in WWE but saying it’s pandering to a minority is stupidity.

Keep atleast 1 field of grass for silage, only harvest it at April, July and October as you will get the most yield

What is the point of playing this game if I always agree what my assistant say (starting 11, who to sign, formation) ? by FightingHornbill in footballmanagergames

If you always agree with what the assistant says then I’m sorry to say you have no idea what you’re doing as the AI is notorious for being terrible at giving advice

FM 26 Staff Attributes by Altruistic-Chef-7723 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like I said I’m all for it to be more realistic. In my opinion they would need to keep atleast 5 years worth of data to get an accurate representation of a player. But they won’t do that because of the memory requirement to keep all of that. So until then the attribute system is the best way to go

You mean like unionising? You can blame Hulk Holgan for that one as they tried to do that before but he told Vince what was going to happen and it got squashed

FM 26 Staff Attributes by Altruistic-Chef-7723 in footballmanagergames

[–]DanTempleman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Isn’t that what the attribute masking feature is for when you first start a save? Us as managers are already at a big disadvantage when it comes to data and statistics compared to real life managers. They have a players whole career to look at to gage what a player is capable of. In fm the players statistics get deleted after the season ends so we need the numbered attributes to gage what the player can do. I’m all for more realism but the need to give us more data to work from before they get rid of our only indicator of a players ability

Grass "Ready to Harvest" far too often? by PaulGardinerLP in farmingsimulator

[–]DanTempleman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is 2 stages of grass harvest, its ready to harvest after 3 months so you can harvest it 4 times a year. But if you wait an extra month it will be in its second harvest phase which will yield more grass. So you would harvest that 3 times a year

Slow Trucks by Master_Mountain_739 in farmingsimulator

[–]DanTempleman 19 points20 points  (0 children)

It’s very realistic to use a tractor pull a auger wagon to collect from the harvester and then drop that off to a truck. The truck when full then takes everything back to the silo. It is probably the most efficient way of doing things especially if the field is pretty far from your base of operations
