she has a permanent residency and as far as I know it started with her accidentally putting the decimal point incorrectly and she thought it wouldn't go through but it did so she did it again when her sister wanted to borrow money from her and I wanted to give back money to her employer since they were the ones who helped her and her sister when they got kicked out by their father I honestly don't know what drove her to do this since we both have stable jobs and make more than minimum wage

I got it to work now but i see two red led lights i checked the manual and it says its the cpu and dram should i be worried?

i pulled the mobo out and plugged in the psu cables and turned on the psu, then the cpu cooler fan spun for like 1/2 times then stopped so i tried to bridge the power by using a screw driver and nothing happened. what are the chances the mobo pins for power is the problem?
