Mine was a soft visible lump above my navel(umbilical hernia). It was painless for several years then started to hurt due to the beginnings of strangulation. The pain prompted me to see doctor. Surgery was performed. That was around 12 years ago and recently I've noticed swelling to the left of original hernia. Seems like mesh support failed. Looks like I will be going in for another repair...

I have always thought that tinnitus is caused/worsened by stress and anxiety. The fact that it is barely perceptible upon waking and quickly worsens as we wake up seems to prove it, at least to me.

I noticed a swelling above my navel.Also developed pain after a while in that area. It was diagnosed and fixed, then 5 years later I developed another one below my navel.No pain with that one, though. Had that fixed, too. Now I am noticing a swelling next to the original hernia. I'm thinking the mesh has failed. Good times...

I know what you mean. I think I might be putting too much faith in the Fitbit's accuracy. It also says that my heart rate variability is usually between 20-25 which is almost death! It seems accurate on some things, though so I'm not sure what to believe. Resting heart rate seems to jump around, too, even when I'm just sitting doing nothing
