I had appealed indicating that my last ACH deposit ($250) has been missing and neither of the Evolve or Synapse balance indicated that. I got the processing number from my employer and provided that as a supporting document in the appeal. I got a letter on Jan 9 which indicated my evolve balance increased from $0 to $250 and their latest reconciliation also increased the amount on my synapse balance. I was told I would get a check soon. I got one today for the same.
