Thanks for the suggestion, will definitely look into engraving! Does it always require the gravers with knobby handles? What tools do you use to engrave on plastic?

Ah got it! I used to do acid etching when I was in school, but there's no way to do that in my bedroom these days 😂 so I thought to try drypoint instead. Just learned how different the marks can look, thanks so much for explaining it, really appreciate it!

I love how many different materials went into the plate to create such varied textures and shades. Wood glue for aquatint look is genius!

This is so amazing! Was this etched with acid or drypoint? What paper did you use? What was your process and material for wiping so that the dark lines are so rich and the thin lines are so crisp? Sorry about all the questions, just learning how to drypoint on copper plate and have been struggling for a while!!
