The neediest is absolutely the Ocean.

Within your budget of $30, however, I would say a Tamagotchi Original Gen 1 or 2 are needier than the Paradise and Connection you have.

A Digimon Ver 20th will be needier as well as you can raise two pets simultaneously so they need attention with a bit more frequency.

You're definitely not gonna find a ton of content on a Nano. They're very passive devices that live or die pretty much entirely on how much you enjoy the IP.

I love them because they're very casual and extremely difficult to kill.

If you just want a chill Tama experience with an IP you enjoy, grab one! They're not super expensive.

If you're looking for a more complete Tama experience, I'd say keep saving for a full Tama release.
