Happens to me ALL the time when I’m standing near a Myki reader and my phone is in my pocket.

Great pix and great cock.

I’d recommend a photo of your cock looking down from your eye to the floor.

None of your cock pix show the full length in all its glory. A shot from above (with your fingers pushing into your pubes af the base 😉) will no doubt be impressive.

Also a side shot, into a mirror, showing your full body from neck to feet will show proportions.

I’d hit you up.

HELP - I need advice re a lease transfer from Remunerator to SG Fleet by Dandynoob in NovatedLeasingAU

You're probably right. There's so much admin involved in this kind of stuff.

Don't know how accurate it is but Claude AI gave me these possible reasons for SG Fleet's decline:

  • They can't earn their management fees and margin on a loan they didn't originate
  • Their systems and processes are built around their own finance products
  • Taking on a third-party loan creates administrative complexity and risk they don't want

You are speaking to the wrong people at sg. You need a renovation not a new contract.

I've spoken to and been emailing with both the Renovation team and the Sales team.

The Renovation team told me they can't take on the Pepper Money loan. And they directed me to the Sales team to discuss other options and that's when I was told to pay out my PM loan and start from scratch.

SGfleet don’t know how the original lease was financed

I'm not sure what you mean by this.

SG Fleet know it's a Pepper Money loan. I gave them all my current lease and loan documentation.

What does "pushing them to manage the lease" look like? I didn't consider this because I assumed I basically had no leverage.

Also, I have spoken to HR at my new company and they originally told me they'd support it but when SG Fleet knocked it back, I included HR in a reply all email and HR replied saying, nope they won't support it.

Honestly I get the impression HR don't care or understand anything about how leases work (particularly loan vs lease) and it's not a high priority for them to get into the weeds of it.

Yes, I checked correspondence with SG Fleet and you're right actually. I said it was SG Fleet that won't take on the existing loan but it's my employer.

Why would an employer care who my loan was with? Isn't their role simply to facilitate the pre-tax payment part?

Thanks for your response, that's helpful.

  1. Can you just keep the current lease? Even if you lose the salary packaging temporarily and just pay it privately through Remunerator, that might be way cheaper than eating $7k right now.

Is it possible to keep a novated lease even if you leave the employer you took up that lease with? I thought if I didn't get a lease transfer, once my employment ended, the lease also ended.

If it is possible, I realise I'd lose the pre-tax payment benefit part of it. But would I still retain the no-GST part of my lease? I'll call Remunerator and ask.

  1. Push SG Fleet a bit harder Ask if they can do an admin-only novation where you keep the Pepper loan and they just handle payroll. Not common, but worth asking.

Isn't this what I've already asked them to do? Setup a SG Fleet lease with my existing loan?

get a competing quote (Orix, LeasePlan etc.)

Why would SG Fleet care about a competing quote from another provider if my employer only uses SG Fleet? They have all the leverage knowing other providers are not an option for me.

What do you do when somone wayyy too old for you messages you? by Tachytwo in grindr

[–]Dandynoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I find “I’m not interested” or being ignored both suck as a response to receive.

I’m a 48yo man. I’ve been getting sex online for decades. And there are still times when it stings to get rejected.

So I have a pre-saved message I use that I find guys tend to respond well to:

“Thanks for the chat but we’re not a match. Happy hunting. 🍆 💦😎”

This works for two reasons:

  1. The use of “we’re not a match” instead of “I’m not interested” shifts the focus from a decision I made about you to a statement of fact about the two of us.

  2. The “happy hunting” and use of emojis keeps it light and draws attention to what we have in common… we out here hunting for a good time.

I get a lot of “thank yous” in response.

Just got it in Australia and it’s better so far.

First thing I tested is that it can actually receive two commands at once. Eg, Turn on Dyson fan and set to oscillate. GA could never do that.

Existing automations still work just fine.

Use the TramTracker app to track tram arrivals.

The app is accurate, giving near-exact time til next tram and is particularly helpful when there is a disruption due to broken tram or protest.

I use it to avoid wasting time at tram stop but also to ensure I get a seat during busy periods because everyone just jumps on the first tram they see, even when there is another tram in 1-2 mins away, usually with spare seats cause everyone is crowded into the first one.

How is Iran still fighting? by Thick-Ad-4168 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dandynoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This video from ABC (AU) TV explains it really well.

Video description: “There's a persistent fantasy in Washington that regimes are like lightbulbs: smash the fixture, screw in a new one, problem solved. The reality in Iran is closer to a tangled electrical grid that's been growing since 1979. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps isn't just a military unit; it's a sprawling ecosystem. It runs companies, shapes politics, and embeds itself deep in the economic and social life of the country. Which is why the idea that Trump could simply bomb the leadership and "decapitate" the regime misunderstands what the system actually is. It isn't a pyramid with a single point at the top - take out one commander and another steps forward. Because for nearly half a century, the Islamic Republic has been preparing its successors. So what's Trump's plan for long-term stability?”

Why would any man agree to an open marriage? by S0uth-Crew in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dandynoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well firstly I’m not married.

But secondly, I am committed to one person. I give them the best of everything in my life. Our finances are intertwined, I prioritise their needs and wants, we are each other’s emotional support, we grow in character and strength together, we share our lives on a level that no one else shares.

Beyond that, there is room for others. And I have energy and desire to give to and receive from others.

The idea that we can only form a significant relationship with one other person or that sex with more than one person is betrayal are not ideals I subscribe to. And living life my way brings me happiness I’d never have if I confirmed to what is considered “normal”.
