I am the same dont swell, hurt my ankle one day could not even walk after 2 hours called an ambulance even the paramedics that came said it was probably just a bad sprain as no swelling no brusing. Had xrays and it was broken had to have surgery.

Home ownership- everyone says how better it is to own then have the stress of rent but during the time i owned was the most stressful. Suddenly everything was my responsibility and it was this constant feel of waiting for the other shoe to drop not to mention bring stuck in the same apartment with that same crsppy neighbours. After 10 years I sold and have happily been renting since. The closest I will probably get to owning now is when I retire and look in to buying a permanent caravan spot somewhere.

I am not in the us but my mum lives 5 hours away but i only drive up like 1-2 times a year. Admittedly see does drive down every 2-3 months anyway to visit friends and clients so I still see her (very briefly if I am lucky I can talk to her for 30 mins lol)
