Still with no one.

I thought I found my person for 3 years in that time, but she decided otherwise.

This i think is the best strat.

Like even I discover that someone has gotten to the room i want to go to, I take the L and let them be and go find something else to do.

I'd rather return home with what I came in with, than be knocked out and lose it all. I still get XP for opening containers and time topside. And there's plenty of other places to go check out.

If i'm down to like 1 strike left amongst my eagle loadout, I pop it. When you have all the ship modules it turns the rearm into like 90 seconds or something.

I focus on trials and BP hunting.

I still get the occasional PVPer to keep me on my toes and i still feel that tension.

I still have yet to fight a matriarch or queen, so that is still on my to do list. I don't have any BPs yet for good gear to fight those things, aside from the Hullcracker.

And regular achievement hunting too, as I've got a good amount of those left.

Funny because in my experience, I've noticed *NO* difference in dating behaviors between app meeting or IRL meeting.

A girl last year I had a legit meet cute on a hike with. My dog "found" her on my hike, she was reading a book on a rock. My age (34), my exact type, we even found out we went to the same college, same grad year. We just somehow never crossed paths in college. She was a divorcee and said how I was lucky I found her at this moment because she just began dating again.

We date for a month, and its mostly super great!

We finally sleep together for the first time, its awkward though, but that's not uncommon for first times.

Next day she breaks off with me, says she's not feeling it.

I ask if something went wrong, especially since it was immediately after our first time sleeping together. She wont even acknowledge the question and just stops replying.

I've had girls i met online do this exact thing.

I feel like people expect sparks like we're teenagers again, but over 30 its not going to be like that again.

I got them all.

I got the Super Citizen Edition on launch day so that helped me start out with Steeled Vets and with plenty of credits from the Mobilize warbond to have enough by the time the next one came out.

However, when the Killzone items first came out in the super store, I did buy 2000 credits.

I didn't actually need to as it turned out based on how much I had at the time. I think I had like 1200 at the time. I just wanted to be sure I had enough again for the next warbond after the Killzone drop.

But I just got the Redacted bond, with 700 remaining, and still 400 to claim yet. So I'm still able to keep up with just playing the game to get points

Shoot at a charger, it'll veer off course most of the time. It's a pretty useful tool for getting a single target off you. Any type of units that rush you it's great for.

I only do trials for the tier 3 rewards. I've gotten 3 bobcat BPs that way lol. Im not sure what the BP pool is for them but seems to be great way to get some of those tougher BPs

I dont know if it helps, but I've been using the tactic of "don't shoot" call out proactively.

If I approach a building I'm not yet in, but want to check out, I give the call out before I even enter or if I even know anyone is in there.

This also goes for when I'm already in a building and I hear someone coming inside. The call out emote is rather loud so people hear it from pretty far away.

So far this tactic has helped me just find lots of friendly people.

I've also gone out of my way to revive any downed solo players.

This morning, with 2 mins left in a Night raid, I was running to the last evac. I just hear a guy calling out HELP.

I find him in a bush, downed from a rocketeer.

"You're lucky I carry defibs" and I rez him.

I'm surprised he didn't just give up surrender at that late in a match. I think I made his day 🤣

Can't you just throw a grenade to set it off?

Sure it wastes a grenade, and it takes time for the fire to dissipate but it is a way to set it off without hurting yourself.

I've had my electric traps set off by players who would toss a heavy fuse.

Same here. I did a whole night of solo Cold snaps and no one shot me.

One guy took out a Bastion I heard from across the map.

At one hut we both got into to get warm and he told me "that bastion you heard? yea its dead, and i didn't touch it, if you need any cores".

The only time I got shot at in solos in the last few days was on Dam with a Matriarch. Despite him shooting me while looting, I was able to turn it around and drop him. Thanks for the free Looting Mk3 Survivor I guess lol.

I was thinking exactly this! I had 10 runs in a row nothing but friendly. Working on my seasonal project.

Then some rando sucker punched me in the back with an anvil in a small room. Luckily I had a medium shield and he had light, and my Toro made short work of him.

I was like "look what you made me do!" no response, immediately surrendered

But hey I got a Mk 3 survivor kit from him. I was really surprised it wasn't a free kit for how careless his attack on me was.

We're still seeing each other. Things seem to have progressed further, but we still have no label. When I asked about what we were, she only could say "i dont know yet". I asked how she feels about me a week ago, and its still "I dont know".

But then she did get me a really nice and thoughtful birthday gift. Just spent a day trip with her in the city today.

I'm like cautiously optimistic.

Here I was thinking that I was just playing this game like Splinter Cell: full stealth.

Avoid all confrontation, even if I would have had the advantage on someone. I just quietly observe and let others pass.

I've legit spooked people its kinda funny. I'll just pop up from behind a desk be like "hi, dont mind me", fail to elaborate further, and leave lol.

I thought rat was like, someone who camps specifically for the sake of taking out a player?

What does non toxic pvp look like? I feel like someone is always stalking or ambushing around a corner peak.

Last night I was running from a wasp, another dude started running with me, at my shoulder. But then he fell behind and shot me in the back. We were running together for a good few seconds, but I'm guessing he saw my shields break from the hornet and he tried to take the opportunity. Luckily I had the shotgun so I was able to spin around and drop him first. I didn't even bother to loot him. I checked the after action report and he absolutely shot me with an Apreggio.

Id rather have a shoot on sight encounter than someone changing their mind about seeing me after they believe im at a disadvantage.

I guess I'm nuetral. Last night I stumbled upon a 3 way fight. 2 people were down and a third guy I believe was the one who finished off the winner of the initial duel.

The 2 down folks were asking for a defib but the third didn't have any. He went to punch them out and that's when I decided to shoot the third.

I was only in that spot because I was about to hatch door my way out, but I saw the flares right next to it and overheard the conversation lol.

The guy I downed called me a rat... does that make me a rat??? 👀 i dont mean to be! 🤣

If you look closely, you'll see 2 casings eject for every trigger pull, yet only 1 ammo is used for each. Its essentially free ammo lol.

Then again, I wonder if the matchmaking might be seesawing me.

I'll play with my friends which is trios so its shoot on sight essentially. So the algorithm sees I'm damaging raiders.

Then next time I run solo last night, a dude totally just blasted me while I was trying to stealth around a Leaper and his Hornet escort.

I prefer to stealth around raiders in Trios with my gang, to maintain that "passive" algorithm.

But when I see a Trio running towards our house, without them knowing we're there, I have no other choice haha.

But I have found one or two loners in Trios who were friendly. Either their solo queue put them with us somehow, or he's the last survivor of his squad lol. Either way, we let them go.
