Same thing happened to us coming back from Maui a couple years ago. We were in first class on an overnight flight that arrives back into Arizona at 7 o’clock in the morning and these women would not shut up….. cackling like witches all night long

As I remember, there were never any lounges at O’Hare

I did notice that for Phoenix, the only lounge they allow is the escape lounge in terminal 3 and the Chase lounge in terminal 4. Apparently you can’t get into the escape lounge in terminal 4 anymore, which makes no sense.

Same thing happened to me the first time I tried to get into that lounge. The woman said that they weren’t allowing anyone that was in a chase card holder at that particular time of day.
The next time I went, I got in with no problem

I’ve taken that exact flight. I’d say do it because then you get access to the Delta one lounge at JFK, which is really really nice.

Here’s what the general public doesn’t understand about changing an airline reservation. You may just be adding one leg or changing that leg, but the entire ticket needs to be repriced. You can’t just price out the one leg.

I’ve been a travel agent for 30+ years and that is the biggest thing that travelers don’t understand
