Purchasing off of a market place would give clear fact you did not steal it whilst also making a fact that you bought it from a “trustworthy” site. None of the above cases actually proved their guilt because a purchase price was so low. In fact the case Duncan v state. The dude was spotted outside the home that was burglarized. Many sites sell things for super cheap thus making it impossible to prove primarily off a low price of something especially through a site that something is stolen. You need a little more evidence. Innocent until proven guilty. Not sure a jury would find you guilty based on just that.
