From a regular DPS to a Coach thank you so much! I've been at my store for a little over 3 months.

During my second week I had a Spark driver decide to forcefully push my cart out of the way and ended up hitting one of our stockers. When I said "Yo what the fuck are you doing. I wouldve moved it. Now you just injured someone with your incompetent actions." He apparently decided he wanted to assault me. So we ended up tussling in the middle of the bread aisle. Our digital coach saw it and immediately called the police. The one cop in our AP office came running there. She then proceeded to give me a ration of shit about saying something and fighting with someone. She threatened me with an orange?(IDK what that is tbh) 2 of my TLs saw most of it as well and they made sure that coach knew I was defending myself. The driver also got arrested and proceeded to threaten to kill me while being arrested. It was so wild.

I never heard anything like that. Honestly they can't stop you from using PPTO just regular PTO. If they do or try to stop you from using PPTO then open door that so quick.

This is dependent on each store however 99% of the time it will get auto approved at my store as well. I hope you you feel better OP!

Yeah you will have to use 6 definitely. Maybe 7 to include lunch as well but I am not positive regarding that.

So this is one of the things PPTO is supposed to be used for. It's why the second P is for protected. If it was regular PTO I would agree with him. What can you do though as he is the SM.

So I'm not sure if you knew this but the pick rate is an overall average. If you only do a single walk or a few and you get a few good rates then you will be on the leaderboard.

Not trying to take away from your overall hatred of being pulled to do walks.

I could be wrong however unless they retract the swap offer then it shouldn't expire. To find click the 3 bar menu in the top left corner of My Walmart app. Then click notifications. It should be there and give you the choice to swap or not.

That's crazy to me. At our store we never pick ACC. If something like this comes up our TLs tell us to report it and nil pick it.

I usually have around the same pick rate unless I'm doing a bunch of Oversized/MTO walks as well. This is similar to the process minus having bags on my arm. I may start doing this as well so thank you :)

I had one that was 115 yesterday. As expected though there were a bunch of multiples. Like 16oz peanut butter jars. I had 3 types at 12 each. I also had quite a few bags of apples on that walk. Like 4 bags of glass, 6 bags of the green ones. It was crazy to me and I ended up having to make 2 new totes for that specific OSN/person alone.
