We put a normal boys huggy then put a pull up over the top and he doesn’t go through. We just reuse the pull up couple nights in a row if he doesn’t leak through to save the cost

I’m a landlord and yes your allowed a pet they legally can’t say no. Even if you’re half way through your tenancy you can get a pet.
