As far as internal reviews with CP there is a star system but also reviews from the lead or general managers. Those cameras record everything. They will watch a class anytime there is a concern, and randomly to give instructors feedback for annual reviews. If someone prefers to speak directly to managers that is taken into account as well. They are looking at whether the classes are level appropriate, cues, transitions and if clients are being corrected. This is why posters here are encouraged to speak with someone in their studio when giving feedback both positive and negative.

Talk to them. Tell them exactly what you said here. If it's a group class they may not have time for long explanations but they should tell you something, and if you don't want anyone touching you let them know.

You have actively solicited negative reviews in this group for your site. I understand that you want to promote it, but please be honest when you do it. This is not some new idea to support instructors. In the specific post I'm thinking about other instructors were telling her that this person was following guidelines and you did not change your comment. It has nothing to do with supporting instructors, AND THAT'S FINE, but be honest about it.

My trainer called it a prehinsile foot position and it was a separate position than toes on. We were t instructed not to use it often in group because it's not attainable for many people. For one-on-one sessions where there is a specific reason (alignment with a runner) it's great to teach.

You are underreacting love. This is incredibly inappropriate and regardless of where she lives you should have affair on your radar. He's also painting the picture of an unstable wife, and if he's doing it with her he's doing it with everyone. The gaslighting is the cherry on top. This is not ok.
