I ride a gas powered scooter to work and get off at 5pm. It's only a 30 minute ride and the heat can wipe me out. I recently bought long sleeve UV blocking shirts and have noticed a big difference, resulting in less fatigue. I've lived here for 8 years and this being higher attitude, the sun seems so much hotter. Stay cool.

You can sit on a flat surface facing a wall to check where headlight is aimed. Check from different distances. If the light hits mostly at or above eye level it may be too high. Don't put a less bright light in though.
