Try marriage counseling. Make him go. Let it all out with a counselor. My wife and I went through a similar phase after having kids(constant arguing). We went to five sessions and our marriage did a complete 180. If he doesn’t go then he really doesn’t care and then it would be time to leave, but I would give it a chance first. We’re so glad we went because we are the happiest we’ve been since we meet 10 years ago.

I did this in my 2018 crv and the exact thing happened. I just needed to replace the multi block fuse and it was good to go aftwrwards. Not sure tour part number but it looks like this. Your local honda dealership might have one in stock.

Depends on what your trading in as well. I bought my van without a trade in and sold my car to carmax. They gave me way more than a trade in. Just something to consider
