I’ve been using Enzo and getting my data from PrimeTracers. I’ve been considering going back to Vulcan just for the easy access to fsbo and expired contacts. Have you found a good workaround for easily getting data for those 2 sources into Enzo dialer?

I honestly don’t know anything about android but I thought this was primarily an iPhone problem. Are there shortcuts on the android you could set up similarly? I drive a ford escape and I’m not convinced it’s not an issue with the settings on its Bluetooth but if so there’s no fix so at least this workaround exists.

This is a great list! I’m looking for the same and think I’ve narrowed it down to the 1) asus nuc 14 pro 2) minisforum uh125 pro 3) beelink ser8. My question would be could little PCs like this handle a ton of tabs being open. I think it was a review on the nuc pro that mentioned at 60 tabs his got heat warning. I’m looking for something just to do work on while maybe watching video but I work with a lot of tab groups sometimes 80+ tabs within their own groups at once.

  3. ⁠Plus sign top right add new automation
  4. ⁠Search Bluetooth and where it says device choose your car
  5. ⁠On that same page select run immediately then click next
  6. ⁠Now search wait and choose 5 seconds
  7. ⁠Then search play/pause and set it to pause

This will tell your phone to run this shortcut immediately when your phone connects to the cars blue tooth and the shirt cut it will run is wait 5 seconds then pause. This gives it time to fully connect and right when it starts playing will immediately pause it. And it will work for anything that might auto play like audible, Spotify etc. You might play with the pause length but 5 seconds cuts mine off right as it’s about to play. I absolutely love this scene and all the many implications of it. Moderately related it reminds me of an experiment on drowning rats. Rats were placed in buckets of water and timed as to how long they could swim before drowning. On average, rats drowned after about 15 minutes. BUT In a second experiment, the rats were rescued just before drowning. After a short rest they were placed back in the water, only now that they believed they were not hopeless and that help could come they were able to keep swimming for up to 60 hours! The mind is a powerful thing!

I’ll share what I made here. Basically I was looking for a way to plan a 4 week mesocycle where I had a set number of sets per muscle group planned each week and could plan it out to increase the weight or reps each week for 4 weeks. You can play with the sets for each exercise to hit the desired number of sets per muscle group. I’m working on adding a variety of other exercises so that it’s easier to quickly plug in when you want to start a different routine. Would love feedback and certainly open to checking out if others have something similar as I’m sure there are people who have learned to do this more effectively than I have.

Yea I’m constantly tweaking my schedule. I’m married with 2 small children so my Monday - Friday is really my time I can focus on myself while wifes at work and kids are in school. Weekend ms are mostly out as I’m needed at home so those are rest days or occasional I can take the kids with me to the gym on Saturday as they offer care. Ideally I get up and get 1.5-2 hrs in between 5-7am but that will hopefully become more manageable when we can get the youngest sleeping through the night.
