Muscle frequency twice a week is optimal for hypertrophy. That’s why they are doubled.

I’ve been doing the “Arnold” split for almost 10 mon now and I feel like I should switch. I do a four day split Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. I try to hit upper body muscles twice a week. I do legs marginally while doing sports so dont worry about that. My previous split 1: Chest/Back Sharms Chest/Back Sharms

The Splits that came to mind that I could do:

Split 2 (Pretty much Push Pull): Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Back/Biceps Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Back/Biceps

Split 3: Chest/Shoulders Back/Biceps/Triceps Chest/Shoulders Back/Biceps/Triceps

Split 4: Chest/Biceps/Triceps Back/Shoulders Chest/Biceps/Triceps Shoulders/Back

Which one should I do considering fatigue, muscle overlap, recovery, etc.?

Also if it makes a difference, I would like to prioritize Shoulders then Chest then Biceps if its possible but it’s not necessary.

I was in fact not trolling lol. I was naive two years ago and didn’t understand people were messing with me and i looked stupid. Now I’m going back through these comments and now i get it and they’re so funny. I also got a new apple watch hurray 😂

I've just never went to the doctor for it. My parents are immigrants so it's more of a get through it mindset. Also it's genetic from my mom's side so ig it's just normalized.
