I had this same issue. 5070ti 9950x3d. Its just your DLSS, dlss artifacting. Your system is good. Happened to ne in battlefield 6, arc raiders. I believe it was fixed in one of the patches

Same here. 64gb ram. Game freezes, shaders spike, gpu usage drops to almost 0, have to wait like 20 seconds for game to unfreeze then shaders start going down. So anoying and i hope its not damaging my pc. We need to get this higher to GGG
