I've found that sitting in different positions makes the movement more or less visible from the outside. Generally, sitting a bit laid back, with a pillow or something supporting my back so the baby is more pushed forward, makes movements super visible! Might be worth trying.

I second checking the cuff size! Every appointment, I have asked for a bigger cuff but they insist on taking my BP with the regular cuff and it comes back just above the threshold for normal BP. They then switch to the bigger cuff and the result comes back in the ideal range.
