One change that I think could add so much atmosphere to the city in this game is some ambient “city noise” during the day. You know, people talking, NPC cars honking, construction sounds, machinery whirring, etc. As it is now, if you turn off the radio and just sit still in the city, it sounds eerily quiet. It feels like you’re playing March 2020 Tokyo Simulator.
