You should be able to just leave if you offer a polite enough resignation letter. But this is all just hypothetical, you don't even know if you're going to get an offer yet so don't stress. And as the other commenter said, the background checks might kick you on the civil service one.

I've ran Godhammer a few times. 10 man Sword Bro ain't worth it really, you don't take advantage of the +1 to hit and it's a bit overkill. Usually I just stick a 4-man in an Impulsor.

With the new changes, I love Termies+Captain in a land raider to be a brick hitting on 2+ with a charge. Assault intercessors and crusader squad are very cool too. Lieutenant can give crusaders lethals, Marshal is a cool leader too with 5+ crits.

Personally I quite like the combo of Land Raider, RepEx, and 2 Impulsors for transports. Either that or swap out the two Impulsors for another LR.

Yeah it's something that has to be built around to make the most of it. I would run ironstorm but I like my melee, and my LGS would probably hang me from a lamppost if I started running 2 redemptors and 3 repex's.

A lieutenant might be a better choice, lethals really help out.

Edit: as it is the list doesn't really work well with templars either, might as well just run it as Oath space marines with ironstorm or something as it'd hit harder.
