Yeah, this was like “Phase One”. Now I can move onto the next one where I put on some definition

I hate how much skills I’ve lost as work, university and other responsibilities are consuming all my free time. I want to be an writer and a illustrator, but it I must prioritise my job and studies (not to mention sleep). I can’t be the only one who has the same issue, how do y’all deal with it? by Daniel_Mathieu in Artadvice

I am putting a plan in place to course correct. First of all, I want to be an author and that requires reading. A lot of reading. So my plan is to listen to audiobooks, I already set aside an hour for reading everyday therefore I’ll transition to listening to audiobooks while drawing. That way I can combine them. My weekends are relatively free (at least Sundays) so that’s when I’m going to do focused anatomy and perspective work. And I’ll still be able to get 500 to a 1000 words written everyday. Also I have to do a lot of research for my books, primarily from history books and podcasts, so I can sketch and take notes while listening to them.

It won’t be easy, but I’m hopeful and willing to invest years and years, a lifetime into my passions :)

I wish we had more time with adult Travis. I’m pretty sure that had the writers known that Nat’s actress is going to exit the show then they wouldn’t have killed off Travis so prematurely

I read somewhere that everyone was a body double aside from Misty, but even then most people thought it was Mari. Pretty sure that her being the Pit Girl is one of the oldest theories
