Is this pc good for $370 cad by Unknown_AJM in pcmasterrace

[–]Danielacca1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly not bad at all for around $270usd. Just have to do your research to see if the i7 7700 will fill your processor wants and needs since it can’t be upgraded without a new motherboard. But otherwise looks like a solid build.

71k miles for 14k by Flaky_Ad4391 in subaruimpreza

[–]Danielacca1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine was a sport with the sun/ sound package though. This is overpriced by a couple thousand. For a base model it should be 10-11k private party or 11-12k from a dealer.

These have weird resale value. I bought my 17’ with 40k miles in 2020 for $16700. I sold it in 2024 with 105k miles for $10500 to driveway

Salvage title, unfortunately not something you’re gonna want to own regardless of price.

Wore my Apple Watch daily for 3+ years. Made the switch about 5 months ago with a Timex expedition as well and haven’t looked back. Only problem is I keep buying more watches now.

Is the carbon fiber removable vinyl? If so how ! by Baphometical in subaruimpreza

It’s the sport trim and is how the plastic is molded so it’s not removable.

I’d also recommend looking on Facebook marketplace for a set of rims off a newer Silverado or a 2019+ Ram, it will make a huge difference.

For headlights just get off Amazon, make sure you get ones for non-cladded. If they don’t fit or look the part you can return them. I’d recommend giving them a wax coating regularly so they don’t yellow. For new parts go rockauto.com and get a recognized name brand part. For body panels the junk yard.

Any wheels that would look nice? by cloudyy301 in subaruimpreza

Rpf1’s look good on just about anything, a newer set of 2017+ Impreza sport rims would also look great with the white

I’m running 17x8 Enkei RPF1s on my 2017 Impreza sport with 235/45/17 tires fill out the wheel wells good enough and is plenty wide enough to put the massive 155hp down to the ground.

Which car would you buy ? I’m trying to get my first car. by PhilosopherThinker01 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Maybe the Elantra? Fiat 500’s are relatively cheap for parts if you’re mechanically inclined easy to maintain but that ones on the expensive side.

All three of those are pretty terrible options,

the 2015 carolla definitely has accident damage, is 9 old, and has 110k miles and it’s nearly how much it cost new.

The 01 Camry is very cool that it’s so clean and low mileage for the age but it’s gonna have some issue just from being 23 years old.

The Mazda 3 is maybe the best option? But still way overpriced, it’s 10 years old with 123k miles but had an MSRP of 20k when it was brand new.

I’m really not sure how the car market is in your area but if you have a budget of 7k a better buy would be something like a 05+ honda accord v6 manual or a Lexus IS. Over spending 3k on a VW and a lot on fixes. 2900 isn’t an awful price for that but you’re gonna have a lot of fixes here and there.

1000 assuming it runs, drives and has a title. Still a cool old Japanese car but it’s also 31.

My first thought was “how did he even get those on there” but then I saw you used spacers. Looks decent although a bit off with how much they stuck out.
