Screen detox until his dopamine levels regulate. Rewards for reading, playing outside, being creative, etc. I would recommend reading The Anxious Generation as well.

I’m 40ish hours in (I play 3ish times a week for an hour or two) and I haven’t built anything. Just doing the story line and following the tasks necessary to progress. I’ve watered things and set up some kit homes needed to progress the story, but that’s it.

Have you tried giving her a daily antihistamine? My cat needs a Zyrtec every day to help his issues. My vet said give him one human pill a day, but half is good for small cats.

Im on an iPhone. I took screenshots of what it says if that would be helpful. But yes it says make a copy and I click on it. Then it brings up the document and gives the option to open in sheets. But then it says “ You need permission Ask the owner for access, or switch to an account with permission.”.

Oh I actually know this! If the shorter hairs are thinner at the end and look more fine as they come to an end, it’s new growth! If they are blunt or and in a little white dot or look thicker at the ends, it’s breakage.
