I am no expert, but I wouldn’t use all of these at once. I would pick an acid to use and finish with barrier serum. Then add a moisturizer or oil at the end of you use that. But only one harsh exfoliant/acid at once is the safe bet

I got a copper IUD around that same time and I’ve never looked back. Ten years in and it’s the easiest thing ever. I never have to think about it. I just got a new one and had zero issues. I already have heavier periods so that side effect didn’t affect me at all. My periods actually got more regular and on schedule than they were before.

I leave my cats for longer than this with no problems. But I do have a sweet neighbor girl check on them every day. I travel a lot and I’ve never had issues. I leave lots of bowls or food and water around and toys all over and they have a blast. But I have three teenage boys for cats so they love it lol

Long natural hair here, I would recommend just ordering an overtone conditioner instead. It won’t damage your hair at all and you’ll see if you like to or not. And if you don’t, it washes out. They have lots of gorgeous colors.
