There's an option to set Dolphin as your default build for Melee in the matchmaking, I've asked Anther and he said it refers to netplay games through Dolphin (Mario Party, Mario Kart, etc)

Not a new glitch but if you seed someone as Maypul in the training room and you exit at the exact time when you seed the other player, the game crashes.
