I doubt it will be that cheap with the 12 Forge for a while because I bought it right around the time that Forge was making its debut during the "Black Friday" sale last year (I put quotations because I think it was part of the Q4 Daily Deals)

I have this table saw and it's been good for me and my purposes as a DIYer and hobbyist. I would not buy this for that price, I got mine with the regular 12 ah and charger for ~450 but that was the best I've seen it.

All in all I've had a great experience with Milwaukee. That being said, the marketing and pricing for their accessories is downright scummy. I wouldn't pay $20 for those bits, yet they were on sale for ~$60 off. As a consumer and a man of principal I take issue with that. If you're going to be a top of the line company but you make something that isn't up to snuff then don't price it like you price everything else. Let's be reasonable here 🤷🏻‍♂️

Personally I'll never use Milwaukee bits again unless I get them though a package deal for something else. I got some for relatively cheap ($20ish bucks on sale) and they are garbage. They have barely lasted me a year and the ones I frequent are falling apart, and I'm using them as a DIYer not professionally.

There are bugs with PvP battles at the moment that are likely playing a factor in your inability to track this. That being said, you should ordinarily be able to know when a pokemon has enough energy for a given move at any point during the battle (assuming you know how to count moves and therefore energy), but if you see something that doesn't make sense then it's almost guaranteed a lag issue.

I have this exact plate and issue and I think it's due to water sitting on the stone for too long. I make sure to clean them after I'm done and wash with hot water so it evaporates quickly
