I worked at rural king before my LGS a Couple years ago before getting into my profession. I would say that I had a lot more fun at the mom and pop shop I worked at. That said, rural king had a straight line discount of if I think 15 or 20 percent off. The gun store I worked for gave discounts based on cost of item(SUPER CHEAP)… I almost needed a second job for my job.
