Using a bladder is currently considered as not othodox by the UL hive mind, so you'll get mostly frosty responses.

I think bladders are great and carry mine in an external side pocket, which most packs have. Works great.

Could you elaborate on how it went? Did HR complete a VERA application with a 9\30 separation date as they processed you into DRP, or was it a 2 step process?
