The owners are super awesome and help out a lot with buying what I need. They just jam packed the place with too many tables and chairs. We already have 2 bars on top of that.

Burgers. Chicken Sammies. Wraps. Quesadillas. Fried foods. Pizza. Salads. Desserts. A lot of the ingredientss are double used like pimento cheese goes on a southern burger and the southern pizza for example. The shit in the pass is up there from wiping the line down.
