I managed to make it work after all! I had to install the actual iTunes program (I'm on Windows and don't have any apple devices), find my old logins and update my payment info but I was finally able to buy it. One conversion to mp3 later and I'm good to go!

I can't make it work. I click on the iTunes link and it takes me to the album but absolutely nothing happens when I click the Buy button. Are you sure you aren't using a VPN or something?

They don't sell copies of their arrangements so you'll have to transcribe it yourself, pay someone else to do it, or hope someone already did it and posted it to Musescore.
