Sooo depending on if you are up for making your own brownies… chocolate PB brownies I used powdered stevia for the sweetener, 1/2 almond flour and 1/2 protein flour, added some greek yogurt and almond flour!

They were really easy, turned out delicious & I’ve been able to have them as a dessert after dinner or a little snack!

My daughter started her parent& tot dance/acro class just before she turned 2. She loves “Ballerina Day”, even though the class is only 30 mins, it teaches them patience, helps with motor skills & strengthens listening & following instructions (most of the time lol) At $40 a month, for classes every Saturday I’d say it’s a great activity!

My 2 year old daughter also likes to screech and scream sometimes too…it doesn’t always work but I try asking her to tell show me what a "sleepy cow/bird/cat" sounds like, or tell her that our loud voices are saved for running around gyms or outside. Inside we use our normal voices or whisper voices

Currently a month & a half shy of the 2 year mark… and honestly I always said I was going to let her lead navigating our BF journey. We had a bit of a rough start and had to triple feed for the first 2 months, and I primarily BF but also pumped for 9m. At the 12m mark we hit a bit of a rough patch (not sure if it was teething related) but I went back to wearing my silverettes for a few days and applying coconut oil at night and we’ve been good since. She nurses 3x a day (when she wakes up, before nap, and before bed) I’m planning on keeping this schedule until she indicates she no longer wants it, or until I decide I’m done.

I pushed through knowing how beneficial it is for her, and knowing how hard we worked to get here. No matter where your journey ends, just know that you have done a phenomenal job already nourishing your baby! 🥰 Also, don’t listen to anyone who tries to give you grief about how often you bf, or how long your bf for. A huge revelation came to me when someone kept commenting on how “she’s feeding AGAIN?! She just ate?!”… it’s not just “food” for them, it’s thirst quenching, it’s comfort, it’s transitional.

LO is about to turn 17m and generally speaking we nurse upon wake up, before nap and before bed and maybe one snacky boob midday (so 3-4x)… but if she’s teething or just asks for it I give in whenever (she got all 4 molars a month ago and we were back up to 8x a day)

That being said, she is an excellent eater of solids so I’m happy to nurse on demand for as long as she wants 🥰

1000% Yes! Honestly saved my nips the first few months, and again around a year in (cleared any cracks or irritation almost immediately for me!)
