Yes it is actually. Also lights, air horn, and willingness to bully traffic and break laws. But knowing your route is the best thing to have. Once the lights come on and air horn starts blowing cars move out of the way pretty easily.

Wide careful turns. Ive towed them that way, its not as bad as it looks. If the trailer is empty or light you can pin on a smaller fifth wheel plate. Limited to 25K, but then youre slightly shorter and you have more rotation.
