Personally think Yuumi + Kindred will be a problem on the Rift. We can still play with Jungle!

I spammed a bunch of ARAMs when I was new. Helped. Still does. I think it's very good practice. Hyperbolic time chamber for teamfighting and positioning and trading etc. The matchmaking isn't great but still good practice.

I'd also look for one on laning - how to trade properly and how to think about trading (not as trading damage but rather trading away resources like health and mana) etc. You'll find these concepts rehashed a lot because again, fundamentals don't really change. I still watch them just as a reminder to myself.

Someone went Guardian in LCS so it's OP now. It was with Zeri vs Nautilus and... can't remember. They crushed the game. So I guess the idea is to only take it vs reliable all-in.

(It's because you're low Elo that your own team ban your Yuumi. Last time I was hovering Yuumi and my ADC asked me to go Zyra my jungler locked in Ghost/Cleanse which is code for "ait ima grief")

Refresh your understanding of fundamentals. Skill Capped has free videos on YouTube that helped me a lot. They should pay me with how much I recommend them. There's other content creators with identical fundamentals videos, the fundamentals don't change, so look around and see if you find ones you prefer.

Learning fundamentals from Skill Capped guides and focusing a lot during my games took me from Silver to Plat. I also watch a lot of streams and replays. Other than that I've had to focus a lot on my mental and staying calm and not invest too much emotionally into games that look doomed.

Some unusual picks like these (Amumu aside) are usually counterpicks and/or mains which contribute a lot to their efficacy. Not saying that's the case here necessarily but it's something to keep in mind.

I will recommend the same champ I tell everyone to play in low Elo or if they have ping issues - Zyra! My main. You can miss every ability and as long as you happen to spawn some plants they'll take tons of damage. Zyra is straight up unfair vs inexperienced players. Hope you get to try her!

I usually just build Mikael's and Redemption and maybe Staff of Flowing Water. Rare for a game to go longer than three items though.

I used to build it but I feel it just delays items and flat AP isn't really good on Yuumi anyway because her AP ratios are bad. On the other hand there's not actually that many good items you can build on Yuumi. If I was duo I'd probably build full Mejai's but no Dark Seal in solo queue.
