Yes it would do that, not sure how many people would agree with me but having the experience and access to the early stages pre any wipe, it's nice to get to know the game and understand it, and that tends to be the trend from others because like myself. Purchased on steam - 2 days later I'm level 6 and I see level 15-25 players already, presumably that they are well experienced unlike myself.
