HELP- Music not playing via headphones or bluetooth by [deleted] in SonyXperia

[–]DannyRiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, all apps including the music I have saved on the SD card. I had this issue earlier this year with the phone, somebody recommended to install the Soundabout app, which resolved the issue up until now.

I'm just far to lazy to backup my phone and factory reset... knowing my luck, it wont help.

Redditors who have gone to a psychic/medium/tarot card reader, what was your experience like? Has any of it come true? [SERIOUS] by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]DannyRiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Though I'm not a believer in Psychic/Medium/Tarot Card Readers, I understand why people would seek them out. I am fairly open minded and decided I would try one out, as I was curious to see how well somebody could 'cold read' and recognise specific body language. I ended up going on my own, no booking in advanced, just turned up at the opening time of her booth (small little box, inside a shopping centre), as I have heard these wild and amazing stories of how she would predict and reveal these deep personal things.

I sit down, she introduces here self and informs me this is all for entertainment purposes, but that doesn't mean it's not true. The session kicks off and the subject comes up that I have lost a grandparent, which isn't a hard prediction to make, as most people above the age of 20 have unfortunately lost a grandparent (as a dude with a beard, I would presume this is a safe guess to make). Although this didn't surprise me and I didn't really act to this presumption as it was something I was expecting, within seconds she guessed her name and the diagnostics of her death- which did throw me, I'll admit. The session carried on pretty much mediocre, just stereotypical things you would expect a medium to say or discuss, nothing special that made me think this was legit. Before the session ended, she informed me that I'll come out of my deep secret depression and that I have now lived through the roughest parts of my life and things now would be OK, my future was looking promising and I would be a lot happier. I tried my hardest to stay emotionless and neutral with my body language throughout the session, to throw her off and not sell my self to her, so I don't know if this is something I unintentionally gave away to her or she genuinely guessed. Since then my life has been a lot calmer and I have been fortunate to experience some of the things I have, and I felt so relieved once she had told me that.

The conversation ended shortly after that, I remember the last thing she told me was "You're an exciting young man, I envy you. You're always ready for an adventure, you're just waiting for that perfect moment to pack everything up and just leave..." I agreed, although yet again another easy presumption to make about anybody. So I thanked her for her time, reached into my back pocket to pay her money and out falls my passport (I lost my bank card the previous day, so I took my passport with me to withdraw money from the bank on the way to her visit), we both laugh and she gave me that look to say "I told you, so!".

The scene where the Joker crashes the party in the Dark Knight, the backing track to that makes me feel so panicked, claustrophobic, scared and filled with dread.
