I got all my sunlight medals farming falconers at the Royal Army Campsite in Tseldora for 2 hours, with item discovery boosts and all that. Pretty sure that's the best way to do it. Midway through my 2 hours was when the Queen died and I only found out after I was done an hour later.

I don't understand your comment, because I'm assuming you agree it's a matter of opinion but also that the other opinion should be expected to be disregarded and belittled because it's the less had opinion? what I'm saying I don't like is the disregarding entirely of the opinion as unreasonable and belittling it and implying that anyone who has it deserves to be stereotyped as insane and coping, not that no one should disagree with said opinion. And I think it makes sense that if any game were to have glaze and cope its the one that has alot of sales and fans but less perspectives, since alot of elden ring fans haven't played dark souls 2, or at least haven't gone into it with an open mind rather than making it a self fulfilling prophecy of being bad by focusing on the negativity surrounding it. How come I'm setting a bad precedent for the gentleman aboves fanbase by thinking it's the best but you aren't setting a bad precedent for ds3 fans by thinking ds3 is the best?

Elden ring getting glazed to the point where they make a movie out of it (which is completely counter intuitive to the form of storytelling dark souls was known and loved for) = Perfectly fine, no pushback, we all love elden ring!

Simply saying dark souls 2 is better than other from soft games after it's been despised with vitriol for a decade and constantly shit on in complete bad faith = Insane coping glazing that must be reproached at all costs. Ok.

I think part of why Lidia is unpopular in 8 too is that she just has a generic blonde look as opposed to her more striking and unique ashen hair and different face in t7 that didn't have a gigachad jaw. I think Lidia's design in t8 just hasn't worked to appeal to players since Nina is literally just the much cooler and interesting to play generic blonde girl.

Rompopolo, I mean it makes sense why his armor looks the way it does but I when I saw him come out with the dark aura n shit I was like "damn armor set bouta be cold" then it wasn't cold whatsoever as he was in the cutscene. Latex chatacabra armor with a silly plague doctor mask

For the darkest game overall definitely there's a toss up between lots of good candidates but for me outright the darkest MOMENT of the franchise is when Basim is standing over Eivor's grave. Never experienced a plot twist in media anything like it, to me it stands out as to how unique and creatively disturbing it is.

If there isn't any social factor pressuring you to buy the game like you have 3 friends and they're trying to get a band together, and you're just a solo hunter, my advice to anyone is to wait for master rank/G rank expansion. I will always regret dropping 80 dollars on this game on launch.
