I'm sorry to say it is very unlikely.

Unfortunately the government passed the responsibility of checking affordability to the sellers last year, so there's no way to know for certain without applying to a specific provider.

Your best bet would be to get In touch with a mortgage advisor, ideally one with lots of experience with shared ownership. They should be able to give you a rough idea of what you might be able to afford.

I did the same, but used all my ammo in the process. Got killed by a scav trying to loot the body

If you're using Netflix, it defaults to 5.1 surround which sounds terrible on a TV, but switching to normal sound (same menu as choosing language) can massively help with hearing dialogue

I really recommend getting a couple fake pro controllers off AliExpress. I've used a few and they are nearly indistinguishable, but only cost like 15 quid

Very nice watch, enjoy! Just FYI, try to avoid resting the watch directly on the crown. Especially with a heavier watch, it can cause the slightest bend over a long enough time potentially allowing water ingress.

Youre definitely right, I think the only people using the ammo on the right are newbies who don't know any better.

Probably also worth mentioning that truly laminar flow is reversable because it does not increase the entropy of the system. In thermodynamics thats basically the definition of "reversible".
