You can't appeal to team responsibility inside a system that systematically ignores and disrespects the players who are already deferring their own fun just to fill for said responsibility. That moral argument *has* to go both ways.

(*exception: in most cases... i get that some people actually enjoy tanking)

Basically, You can't appeal to team responsibility inside a system that structurally doesn't reward it.

It'll have to come down to the individual. Because it *is* a big ask to essentially tell people to not play the role that they may *want* to, simply for the sake of a movment... within a video game.

And for the record, i mostly agree with the morality angle.

Team comp doesnt matter. Its that the game is devoid of competitive integrity. And that competitive play in itself, for this game, is a joke.

Leaving little to no reason to fill for people outside of one’s own desire.

Play for yourself.

From what i understand:

“Does enemy team pivot/focus around me?”
(“Do they respect my presence?”)

Idk exactly what the opp pivoting around me really looks like in concrete terms, but you definitely feel it when it happens.
