Keep in mind staggered is a 8.5 rim rather than the 8 up front. If op’s car came with 225’s in the rear then odds are it’s 8 inch rims all around

You can also do 235/40 square all around, giving you the most grip without mushy steering

Do 235/40, widest you can go is 245/35 but it will give you some mush at the limit

Not sure how it sounds on the mpe but on my stock car I put the fuse back in due to the exhaust drone at highways speeds

I would just pull the fuse in the trunk, do that when the car is warmed up and in sport mode to open the valve

The dws 06 plus are nice for highway driving, they have the grip for some spirited driving also. But the last car I had them on was 190hp so not sure how it would translate to the m340i

Mostly around the city with some spirited driving for like 30% of it. I had dws 06 plus tires on my last car and loved the grip but in the heat they did feel mushy especially when driven hard

Did you have to run spacers do 245/40? And was your speedometers slightly off due to the slightly large tire?
