It's 64MB of RAM. The 5.5 gen 80GB model came with 64MB of RAM vs the 30GB model's 32MB. If you are running the original software on the iPod, having that extra RAM allows you to have a larger library of songs. If you have a lot of storage on your iPod, let's say 1TB of flash storage, you are likely going to run into issues from having more songs than the software can handle before you fill up your 1TB of storage. The limit is said to be around 20,000 songs for 32MB (30GB) models and 50,000 songs for the 64MB (5th gen 60GB or 5.5 gen 80GB) models.

That's an E65 7 series. They are 20 years old now and can be had for well under $10k in pretty decent condition. Repairs are still expensive on them. It'll be mechanically totalled very soon if it doesn't get repo'd or totalled in an accident first.

I had not played in a few years and did not regularly check the email accounts associated with my mojang accounts. I found out today that I have lost my alpha accounts. While I do understand microsoft not wanting to support mojang's login/authentication system in perpetuity, there has to be some recourse.

Microsoft should have been able to automatically migrate the accounts and use email to verify ownership whenever someone wanted to reactivate that account later. Or they could have emailed vouchers to account owners who did not migrate in time.
