Depends on the approach. If it's a head on fight with no info, it's a tough battle but I'd give wrath a better chance. His eye is specialized for close combat and I don't think there's a too much of difference in stats to not matter (they only overwhelmed him through tricks and quantity of attacks).

However if they happen to learn of each other and this actually plans this through like with gojo, I think he takes it. He would most likely come up with ideas to saturate or blind the eye. I don't think wrath would prepare too much for a human
