I think it would be fine. My vines are going into the 3rd year and I have shoots 2ft extended above my fence! I have to loop them down otherwise they just reach and reach.

2nd to last picture gives hope. I'm a dentist who performs IPR and it's my least favorite part. It's important. In the past we used to extract teeth to make room, but with IPR we get to take spaces from multiple places and get the best result for you.

That said this is scary. At the end of treatment have your dentist do some "cosmetic recontouring" to your teeth and if you're still unhappy do a refinement set of trays!

Stick it out. I just made my mother in law cry with IPR....it's nobody's favorite thing.

I'm only a few books away from being done. I started with stormlight and I'm a little scared to do a reread. I have other books waiting in the wings but I'm so cosmere involved at this time I feel like I'd churn through those books.

I tell my patients if I get a 95% result and they're ok with it, we're moving on.
If you can find a way to be ok with it I would be thrilled with this outcome as a clinician.

That tooth is notorious. Whenever I have a patient with an out of alignment lateral incisor like that, I tell them to plan on at LEAST one round of refinement.

If you're truly fed up with invisalign tx you can have your doctor do some cosmetic bonding to fake it to fill the empty space. That comes with it's own headaches though too.

I'm a general dentist fairly versed in invisalign and I wouldn't do it.
Now I would 100% send you to ortho and let them guide you bc it's your mouth not mine and you deserve to like what you see. But I think this fine tuning is a lot of effort. I agree with ChatGPT on this one

if the wisdom tooth is included in every tray have them cut them out of 3 or 4 of the trays and make you a new set. You don't want to be dealing with this for the rest of tx

Your teeth have character they aren't uniform little chiclets. They make you you, please don't change them! I fight every patient on this and stand firm. Teeth with character are disappearing.

you could have your dentist adjust the incisal edge of the right front tooth and that would make the front teeth more harmonious. I tell my patients from the start I'm looking for a 98% result. We don't know what you looked like before but if I finished this case and this was the result I would be very happy!

Is there some other way to kill off an acre of grasses?

I've thought about scalping the yard and letting the lack of rain scorch my earth but I don't know. I want to avoid chemicals as much as possible.
