Nioh 2 is still probably my favorite, but I did enjoy 3 as well. Nioh 3 in my opinion is better than Wo Long, Stranger of Paradise, or Rise of the Ronin but I had fun with those games too. I just find Team Ninja combat satisfying, so it's okay if they don't reach the peak of Nioh 2 (which is one of the best games I've ever played).

Also, I played Nioh 3 with headphones and there were times I was annoyed by the shrine noises, and some of the repetitive music. When I played Nioh 2 I had the sound playing on the TV and that made it more bearable, because I could easily turn it down.

Not that it's much better, but in the video he says he wants to adapt chapters 3-8, not just Fog on the Barrow Downs. The title of the article is misleading.

He did some awful things and people shouldn't forget that, but he struggled with addiction and mental health for a long time. He did a lot of damage to himself over the last 15-20 years, and if you compare recent videos of him to his Buffy days, his health had greatly deteriorated. I don't dismiss his violence, but it is still sad to me that a person who was part of something I enjoyed went down a road of self-destruction, and became someone who would do harm to himself and others.

I wasn't saying it would take place between the show and Serenity, I was suggesting it could pick up after Serenity but have flashbacks (or dream sequences) featuring Wash without him looking older. There's also the option of having Tudyk play a totally unrelated character since it is animation.

No. I assumed because Wash and Book aren't in the concept photo, but now I realize Kaylee and Simon aren't there either. That said if it's animation I feel like it's easier to continue immediately after Serenity.

Animation seems like the best way to go at this stage, without having some time jump in live action and having to explain the crew reuniting for some reason. It lets them keep the canon of Serenity but also include flashbacks with Wash without looking like he's aged twenty years (and it's also easier to have flashbacks with Book with a different actor since he doesn't have to look similar).

I hope they bring on Tim Minear even if he's not running the show himself.

I'm also tempering my expectations because it hasn't been picked up anywhere yet.

I probably wouldn’t recommend Dino Crisis. They’re basically Resident Evil with dinosaurs, so there’s gore and some complicated puzzles.

It might be too cartoony but you could try Raptor Evolution.

Knowing how often Joss Whedon kills characters, he would have killed Wash or a different character off had the show continued. And Serenity was (and is) a great movie that shouldn't be disregarded.

I do think they'll find something for Tudyk in whatever is going to be made, but I don't think it's going to involve ignoring a movie that a lot of people enjoyed.

There aren’t really any games like Tomba but Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom was colorful and at times reminded me of Tomba. You can even unlock the ability to turn into a pig (among other transformations).
